Mick Foley speaks on the best way to use a ring bell. The ring bell not only rings at the start of every wrestling match but is sometimes used as a weapon. In fact, in two of WWE's most heralded matches of all time, Steve Austin vs. Bret Hart at WWE WrestleMania 13, and Randy Savage vs. Ricky Steamboat at WrestleMania 3, the ring bell was directly factored into the ending of both legendary matches. Now, Mick Foley is explaining how he preferred to use the bell in his hardcore matches most effectively. Mick Foley recently spoke about a variety of hardcore weapons on Maven's YouTube channel. One of the weapons Foley was asked about was the ring bell, and he explained his approach to using it in the ring. "I was a big believer in just coming at you with the body as hard as I could, but I would have the prop with me. So I was going to hit you as hard as I could, but I wouldn't be hitting you with the bell. I remember Randy Orton like, 'I've never done this before.' I said, 'Run into me as hard as you can, but just you're running into me with the object as opposed to going [motions like he's swinging the bell], and especially when it's something like that, you can't really work with it. It's noticeable, but not bad, most of the time. If somebody doesn't know what they're doing, they could split you open like a ripe melon." Arianna Grace's appearances on TNA Television have concluded for now. Arianna Grace took pride in being the liaison between WWE NXT and TNA Wrestling. However, for most of 2025, she has primarily been featured on TNA Wrestling. In recent months, she has fought alongside her father, Santino Marella, against the likes of Robert Stone, Victoria Crawford, and Tessa Blanchard. Most recently, she was ringside at TNA Against All Odds 2025 when her father defeated Stone to retain his office as TNA Director of Authority. She did not appear on the follow-up episode of TNA iMPACT! Now, it has been confirmed that TNA Against All Odds was Arianna Grace's last night in TNA for now. The news was shared directly by her during Indi Hartwell's vlog about the event. When asked if she was sad about her TNA Wrestling excursion coming to an end, Grace told Hartwell, "I would bawl right now, but it would ruin my makeup. I'm trying to keep it together." Grace recently returned to NXT television. Tyra Mae Steele defeated her on June 3 in what marked the NXT debut match for Steele. As for Hartwell, she's heading back to Australia to compete for Renegades of Wrestling, a promotion where she currently holds the Women's Championship. Hikaru Shida has been off AEW television since November 2024 and is currently in Japan getting her visa renewed. On her YouTube stream, Shida provided an update on her status. "I really hope to," she replied to a fan who said they are looking forward to her AEW return. "Visa, especially nowadays, it's getting hard. AEW has so many wrestlers and the lawyer has to do so many things. I know it takes time. I hope I can go back to AEW soon. For now, I am enjoying my stay in Japan and getting more energy to wrestle in the US again. I'm looking forward to my comeback. Please wait and I'm so glad if you support me."
