NXT just became a little bit more glamorous as of June 3. During a segment that featured Jacy Jayne's first address as the NXT Women's Champion, she was interrupted by Lainey Reid, Lola Vice, Jordynne Grace, Jaida Parker, and Thea Hail. Everyone was staking their claim for the next title shot. A brawl broke out while Jacy Jayne, Jazmyn Nyx, and Fallon Henley watched on. Suddenly, the lights went out, and high above the ring, a spotlight shined on Mariah May, who was standing on the perch that overlooks the squared circle. Her name was not mentioned during the broadcast, but she did say that she made the division more glamorous. SHE'S HERE!!! Brooks Jensen is again a man without a home. Brooks Jensen thought he was wrestling a match on the June 3 NXT, and while talking with the fellow members of the Culling, Shawn Spears and Niko Vance, he was suddenly cracked in the back by a steel chair. The culprit was Izzi Dame, the group's fourth member. She informed Jensen that because she felt he was never fully committed to the group, he was out. She also stated that the match the group was going to have on June 3 had been moved to June 10 and will now be a tag team match featuring Niko Vance and Shawn Spears. What just happened?!?@izzi_wwe just hit @BrooksJensenWWE with a chair! --#WWENXT pic.twitter.com/UVpO7N5Khg — WWE (@WWE) June 4, 2025 There was no inkling of dissension among the group before this moment. Jensen had been the first recruit of Spears upon his return to WWE NXT in 2024. Fans can find complete coverage of WWE NXT here. Also, check out our review podcast on YouTube.

Myles Borne is focusing on his singles career. After Myles Borne challenged Oba Femi for the NXT Championship at Battleground, he met with fellow members of No Quarter Catch Crew (Charlie Dempsey, Tavion Heights & Wren Sinclair). Dempsey made a comment about Borne falling back in line with the group and Borne expressed that he cannot go back to doing what he was doing before the singles run. It led to a bet being made that if Borne could beat Dempsey in a Rounds match, he would earn his way out of No Quarter Catch Crew. The match took place on the 6/3 NXT and Borne went up 1-0. At the end of the second round, Dempsey gave Borne a knee to the gut. Dempsey tied the score in the third round but the end of the bout saw Borne secure the win. He is now out of No Quarter Catch Crew and attempted to shake the hand of Dempsey, but Dempsey declined.

Mandy Rose lost the NXT Women's Championship to Roxanne Perez on the De cember 13, 2022 episode of NXT. One day later, she was released by the company, reportedly due to the content on her FanTime site. Speaking to CardPlayer.com, Rose was asked if she feels there is a double standard for women and men in WWE in terms of personal branding. "I think there always is going to be, unfortunately. I don’t wanna sound pessimistic, but we strive to become better, and I think we have become better in the world of sports in general when it comes to women. Definitely, it’s been improving, but I think there’s always room for more improvement. I do think that there is a double standard. But I also think in general, putting the sex aside of male and females. – when you’re in the company, you lie down and you know, a piece of the pie for whatever it is that you’re doing, or even you’re allowed to do it. "I just feel like you’re so constricted. Why don’t you want the superstar to become bigger and better and help your brand? I mean, I know, as a whole it’s the mecca and it’s the cream of the crop and all that, but it’s like, why not? Like, look at some of these social media influencers, you know, like Logan Paul and other people that you can see. Obviously, it’s kind of where the world is going now, right? Some of these social media stars are killing it and making more money than actors and actresses and all these things. "That’s where the world is right now, it’s about building your brand and it’s about monetizing your name, image, and likeness and having a direct relationship with your fans, like I do now with paid content and how much we can make off of this – you don’t realize that you’re pigeonholed into something, or whether you’re in a big company and they usually reap all the benefits off of it, whereas you’re the talent, you should be getting most of it. So I just feel like there’s so much in that, that’s just a little glimpse of how I feel." Since her WWE departure, Rose has openly discussed the money she's made through her personal fan site, podcast, and other ventures.
