Lyra Valkyria says she is a woman of her word. At WWE Money In The Bank 2025 on June 7th, Lyra Valkyria is set to battle Becky Lynch one more time for the WWE Women's Intercontinental Championship after successfully defending the title against Lynch at WWE Backlash last month. With this bout comes an extra stipulation, as should Becky win, Lyra will have to raise Lynch's hand, while if Valkyria wins, Lynch will no longer be able to challenge Lyra for the WWE Women's Intercontinental Championship. While speaking to Cathy Kelley in an interview ahead of WWE Money In The Bank, Cathy asked Valkyria if she intends to honor the stipulation. "The only way I can beat Becky is by not being Becky, and Becky's proven she's not a woman of her word. I'm a woman of mine. If she beats me, I'll raise the bitch's hand." Cathy would then ask Lyra what was more important, Lyra Valkyria winning, or Becky Lynch losing. "I always thought that as long as I prove that I'm the better wrestler, I will feel satisfied. I've beaten Becky twice and I don't have that satisfaction because it's about so much more. I flew my family to Vegas and they watched Becky turn on me. They watched her put me through the mat with three Manhandle slams the day after WrestleMania. Fast forward to Backlash, she couldn't even keep it about me and her. She had to get in my fiance's face, and then when I did beat her, she tried to break my arm. She put me in the hospital for a week. I'm gonna make her pay for all that. I want her to feel the embarrassment, the pain. She took everything from me, or tried to. She hasn't taken this (gestures to WWE Women's Intercontinental Championship). This is about more than beating Becky. This is about embarrassing Becky. This is about shattering her ego. I have to see her lose everything." Elsewhere in the same interview, Lyra noted that she feels like she has had the 'perfect year' since her WWE main roster call up. You can read more about that here. Lyra Valkyria sits down with Cathy Kelley before WWE Money In The Bank. At WWE Money In The Ban on June 7th, Lyra Valkyria is currently scheduled to defend her WWE Women's Intercontinental Championship against Becky Lynch in their third bout against one another. Lyra has been riding a wave of momentum since being called up to the WWE main roster in May of 2024, and fees like she has had the perfect year. While speaking to Cathy Kelley in an interview prior to Money In The Bank, Lyra was asked about the last year, noting that she feels she has had a perfect year since she was called up to the WWE main roster. "I've had the perfect year. Made history, WrestleMania, dreams came true. It's just so crazy to me that the one thing that cast a shadow on all these dreams is that my friendship with Becky just completely blew up in my face. I always gave Becky the credit for being the inspiration, for being the reason that I wanted to become who I am. I have to stop saying that now because everything I thought she was was a lie. She was shadows and smoke this whole time, and all I can do now is step up and be everything that she's not." Elsewhere in another interview, Lyra spoke about fans viewing her match with Becky Lynch at WWE Backlash as the match of the night. You can read more about that here. Deonna Purrazzo is a commercial star. Earlier this year, Southern New Hampshire University released a TV ad that featured and promoted Deonna Purrazzo as one of their graduates. The ad eventually made it to television, playing for some viewers during episodes of AEW Dynamite and WWE Raw. While speaking with Fightful's Sean Ross Sapp for a recent interview, Purrazzo talked about making her way into the commercial. "How crazy. Honestly, I don’t even know what I did to make this come about. I submitted to a thing and 10 months later they were like, ‘Hey, we love your story.’ I just thought it was like part of like an exit interview thing. So I also had no idea it was as national as it was, but I feel like they were very strategic in where they picked their commercial placement." Then, Purrazzo went on to reveal that the ad has inspired a few of her fans to go back to college. "Honestly, it's so cool because so many people have tweeted and come forward about like, ‘I'm going to school,’ and someone just tweeted at me the other day like, ‘You inspired me and now I'm 40 something years old and I have a kid and I'm back for my bachelor's.’ To reach such a different audience this late in my career, that has absolutely nothing to do with wrestling, but then also is inspiring people later in life to go back to college, that’s what it’s all about. So it's just been a really great mix of being able to reach a different audience, but then also like, hehehe, I'm not on Dynamite but I'm on Dynamite." Elsewhere in the interview, Purrazzo spoke about The Vendetta's future in AEW. Her full comments on the matter can be found by clicking here. Also, check out Fightful's full interview with Deonna Purrazzo in the video linked at the top of this article.

Santino Marella has retained his position as TNA Director of Authority at TNA's Against All Odds event. Santino Marella was literally against all odds in his match against Robert Stone on June 6, 2025. Not only did Stone have both Victoria Crawford and Tessa Blanchard by his side, but he also tried to bribe Matt Cardona with a payoff earlier in the night. Not only did Matt Cardona call the match fairly, but despite Tessa Blanchard stealing his Cobra, Arianna Grace, Santino's daughter and WWE NXT Superstar, brought a backup Cobra sleeve with her, and Santino was able to utilize it for the victory. .@milanmiracle did it for TNA! McKay and Lee are back in TNA. As the TNA Against All Odds pre-show was ongoing, there was a six-woman tag team match that saw the Elegance Brand (Ash by Elegance, Heather by Elegance & Maggie Lee) pick up a win over Xia Brookside, Myla Grace, and Harley Hudson. The Personal Concierge was hyping up the trio post-match but was interrupted by The IInspiration (Cassie Lee & Jessica McKay). It was the duo's return to TNA/IMPACT since they departed the promotion in 2022. Both Lee and McKay welcomed children into the world while away from in-ring competition. The former IMPACT/TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Champions are scheduled to be in action on the 6/12 episode of TNA iMPACT. Ash and Heather by Elegance are the reigning Knockouts World Tag Team Champions. Lee and McKay had their first match as a team in several years this past April for Prestige Wrestling. They'll be back in action for that promotion in July.
