Luke Hawx talks 'Heels'. Hawx played a big role in the 'Heels' show, appearing in eight different episodes across two seasons. Now, the cast of the show is holding out for a possible third season, as it has gained new fans and a ton of traction since debuting on Netflix. Hawx believes that 'Heels' revival has a real chance, specifically due to the reach and audience that Netflix has. While chatting with Fightful during WrestleCade weekend, Hawx talked about his hope for the show. "Well, that was like the dream come true. We're thankful for Starz and giving us the platform, but obviously Starz doesn't have the reach or the value that Netflix has. Netflix has a much broader audience, so it put us on a different platform. So when it took off on Netflix, obviously the numbers shot up. It was accessible to more people who viewed it, loved it, and it's got great reviews. Now we're just hoping that we can possibly get a season three out of it because that's what they're talking. They're talking it has a potential for a season three.. They're really happy with the product and they're happy with the fan response so far. So let's hope it keeps going, gets a little push and it doesn't slow down and maybe we'll get back for a third round." Then, Hawx went on to talk about the popularity of wrestling in other entertainment forms and how it is easier than ever to become a star because of social media. "Oh yeah. I think in general for entertainment, wrestling's gonna pick up more all over every kind of broadcast channel or station some way shape or form and it's gonna open doors for more independent people. As we've seen earlier, like with social media, independent wrestling like blew up right and you can become a star now without going through the system. It used to be before you had to go through the system and become a star. Now because of social media and its accessibility you're able to make yourself a star. So, if you can promote yourself properly you can make yourself a star. These streaming companies they need content and if you can be a great content creator, that's going to open up doors for you. So if you want to be a good entertainer and a good wrestler. You might have the opportunity to be on a channel like Netflix one day with your own show without ever having to go to like a WWE or something. Which is cool and I mean, nothing against WWE. We want guys to have that opportunity to go there as well, but we also we want new content. We want new ideas. We want to see new talent. So, there's going to be an explosion." Elsewhere in the interview, Hawx reflected on his appearance in 'Logan'. Check out his full comments on the matter by clicking here. Seth Rollins has a hatred for CM Punk and a love for the Chicago Bears. Could he put that hatred aside and team with CM Punk if it means his Chicago Bears won a Super Bowl? That was the question posed to him by Kay Adams on Up & Adams. "Would I do it? It makes my stomach turn just to think about it. For one Super Bowl? I don't think I could do it. I don't think I could stand next to him. I really don't think I can do it. I don't think I could do it. I would suffer in misery every season. Give me an NFC Title game. I don't think I could do it. I would have to say no. It hurts me inside too much. It's selfish saying it, but it's not even about me. I feel bad for the people. The players on the team. Me and CM Punk have to team. 'Yay, CM Punk.' No. I can't do it. I couldn't do it. I would vomit. It would go against every fiber of my being. I couldn't do it. I would have to go home and look my daughter in the face and tell her that I was a coward. I couldn't do that to my daughter, my family. My wife would disown me. I don't know if I would ever sleep in the bed again. I'd get kicked to the curb. If there is one person that hates CM Punk more than me it might be Becky Lynch. It's a full family affair," stated Rollins. Rollins is set to compete in the men's Money in the Bank ladder match at WWE Money in the Bank. Elsewhere during the interview, Rollins explained why he wants to see Hulk Hogan get beat up by Chicago Bears legends. You can find his answer here. The former Jakara Jackson chats AEW and TNA. For the first time in her wrestling career, Mara Sadè f.k.a. Jakara Jackson is a free agent. She was let go by WWE in May 2025. She partook in a tryout for the company in 2021 and was signed out of that. Sadè has been making the media rounds discussing her exit from the company and future plans. She sat down with K & S WrestleFest for a virtual signing and the idea of venturing into AEW was brought up. Sadè believes she has to show everyone what she can do before getting an opportunity like that. She also spoke about TNA and her experiences there. She spoke highly of former TNA producer Gail Kim and recounted meeting Jazz while working with the promotion. “It’s not (sitting in catering is something I don’t want to do). I have very big aspirations. I want to hold gold, I want to tell stories, I want to entertain, I wanna be in front of the camera. I want to be showing the world who Mara Sadè is like you said and the beauty of right now for me to be honest is the fact there are so many promotions too and options, you know what I’m saying? Versus before when there weren’t, which would make the grind even more tedious. But, I feel like there’s so many great options. AEW, if I were to have a story. But I do believe I gotta build to that. I need to show people what I’m about… TNA is awesome too because so many greats have come from there. Naomi, Chelsea (Green), Michin, all of them. And I love that and I respect that so much (TNA keys in on their women’s division), and I had a good experience, pretty good experience at TNA, for the most part. When Gail Kim was there, she made me feel so welcomed. Jazz, so great. Jazz, oh my God, meeting her was also a blessing because she’s one of those greats... There’s so many great promotions that I -- shoot, you know, whichever I fall into, I’m about to kill it.” On July 6th, Sadè is going to be in action for Jersey Championship Wrestling. She'll be facing Masha Slamovich for the JCW World Title if Slamovich is still the champion by then. Big E talks about broadcasting. Following a major neck injury in 2022, Big E has been out of action with the future of his in ring career remaining uncertain. In that time, E has become a staple of WWE's kickoff and post shows for Premium Live Events. However, he originally didn't see himself becoming a broadcaster. While speaking to The Sporting Tribune in a new interview, Big E was asked about transitioning to broadcasting, admitting that he never really had designs on being a broadcaster. "It's interesting because I never really had designs on being a broadcaster. I was out with a neck injury for a while, and they called me to be a part of the press conference in Vegas with The Rock a year or so ago, and that was a lot of fun. I said, you know what? I'll keep doing this as long as it's fun. So I've enjoyed it. It's really such an interesting time in the industry with TKO taking over and all these pieces that are being shuffled about now. But I'm really enjoying it. I get to work with some really great broadcast partners, and as long as it continues to be fun, I still want to be here." Fellow member of the WWE broadcast team Cathy Kelley recently commented on possibly getting in the ring in a seperate interview. You can read more about that here.
