Nixon Newell would love to come to AEW. In November of last year, Nixon Newell would be released from her WWE contract, and has since returned to the independent wrestling circuit in the UK. Now, she's addressed if she'd like to go to WWE. While speaking to Wrestle In Middle in a new interview, Newell was asked about possibly being signed by All Elite Wrestling and if she has heard of any interest. "Not that I know of. I would love to go there, there's so many people there that I want to wrestle. Like I really want to tangle with Toni (Storm) again. I wrestled Toni many years ago on the indies. So I'd like to revisit that. There's just a lot of women there that I would love to wrestle. So I am more than willing to talk about some stuff." Elsewhere in the same interview, Newell stated that she wasn't shocked by her WWE release. You can read more about that here. Jeff Jarrett gives a bold prediction for TKO/WWE. Earlier this month, Karl Anderson and Luke Gallows made some controversial comments about the current state of WWE, saying that the company is just TKO at this point. Many fans agreed with this statement, pointing out the fact that TKO is prioritizing profits and the bottom line over anything else. On the latest edition of his My World podcast, Jarrett agreed with the comments from Andersona and Gallows, predicting that TKO will sell WWE when the stop getting high returns on investment. “Yeah, I’ve said it and I’ve gotten interesting feedback. To me, this is Jeff talking to Jeff, the clarity of it at the end of day — Vince is a third generation promoter if you will. At the end of the day, every decision he made was based on what he thought the wrestling fan wanted. The rules are rewritten, those rules no longer apply. TKO does what is best to get a return on investment. They are their master, if you will, and you can’t serve two masters. Their master, if you will, is private equity. Their powers that be get the return on investment, the highest return they can possibly [get]. When they quit getting the highest returns that they can, they’re gonna sell the asset. I just think it’s that simple. I think they’re going to burn and churn and burn and churn and burn and churn. My grandmother used to always preach in so many ways, ‘Son, as a promoter, you always have to prepare for rainy days.’ Well, when the rain comes on TKO, they are changing cities and changing assets. I do, I think it’s that simple. They are not concerned at all other than the return on investment. That’s the business they’re in. So, that’s not a knock, I want to make that clear. That is not a dig. They are doing exactly what they set out to do and what their investors want them to do and require them to do. It’s just a different playing field. Karl, what he’s saying, I think a lot of folks are saying and it’s just kind of the awakening. It’s going to continue down this road, I think we’re just scratching the surface on what a different company it is.” Vince McMahon recently sold about $250 million worth of his TKO shares to Endeavor. Gene Snitsky talks his most famous baby punt. While speaking on Insight With Chris Van Vliet, Snitsky was asked about the infamous segment, noting that he was actually an all area punter in his junior year of high school. "Well, here's the thing, going back to like I was saying about football and all that, I was actually an all area punter my junior year of high school. I averaged like 37 yards as a junior in high school, so I had always had the leg to do it. And ironically, all these years later, that's one of the things I'm known for. It's kind of funny. Chris then would ask if WWE were aware of his history as a punter, with Snitsky explaining he informe "No, like I said, I sat in catering and just waited for somebody to come and get me. Dean Malenko came and got me and said, they need you to ring for the first shot. But when we were doing a baby thing, Vince was there as well with that. A little bit of a funny story, we're walking through it, Vince was like, 'Then you're going to kick the baby into the crowd.' I'm like, Cool. I'm thinking to myself, I'm going to try to kick it as high as I could to hit the Tron thing up top. Then they give me the baby. I'm like, man, it's gonna be kind of hard to do. Have you ever tried to kick a baby? It's not easy. You think it shouldn't be that hard, but it's actually pretty hard to kick a baby, though. But anyways, so in my head, I'm thinking I'm gonna whack this sh*t out of this thing. I'm gonna kick it as high as I can. And then Vince is like, 'Whatever you do, don't miss the baby. Make sure you kick it.' I'm like, 'Listen, Mr. McMahon, I was already a punter in high school. This is gonna be f*cking amazing.' And he just looked at me and just left it at that. Then we went out. We did it in the whole spiel, and then back through the curtain, he gives me a big hug, he's like, that was great. I'm like, I told you. I don't have a confidence issue. I'm pretty confident in my ability, so I knew it was gonna be great." Elsewhere in the same interview, Snitsky spoke about how baby kicking is tied to his legacy. You can read more about that here.

Luke Hawx talks 'Wrong Side Of Town'. In 2010, the greatest film to ever exist was released, as 'Wrong Side Of Town' went straight to home video in February. The action film features an insane cast with the likes of Rob Van Dam, Dave Bautista, Stormy Daniels, Ja Rule, Omarion, and Viscera. This movie was significant for Luke Hawx, as it was his first stunts job in Hollywood. While chatting with Fightful during WrestleCade weekend, Hawx told the story of the movie, saying that it was written specifically for Van Dam. "So that was my first SAG film is me, Batista, and Rob Van Dam. Well, you know the whole story behind that, right? That was the whole problem. So I'll give you an inside scoop right here, right here on Fightful. Well, this is perfect then. This is perfect then. So that movie was written for Rob Van Dam. The director is one of Rob's really good friends. Everything was based around Rob and it was Batista's first movie, his first opportunity. It was also my first SAG movie, which was cool." Hawx continued on and explained why Batista was promoted as the main star of the film. "Viscera was in it. Yeah. So I helped with the stunts. I helped coordinate some of the scenes with the stunts. My stunt coordinator who broke me into business, Phil O'Dell, he was the coordinator for that film. So it only fit that you know they threw me in. But the crazy thing about that was when it went into post-production, I don't remember what network it was was, do you remember? Lionsgate? Well, whoever it was, whatever production company it was Batista was the bigger wrestling star at the time. So they said, ‘We're going to put him front and center, and make him the star of it on paper.’ Which wasn't cool, you know what I mean? It was good for Batista, you know what I mean? You can't fault the guy for getting that opportunity." Hawx then said he's thankful for Rob Van Dam and revealed that he forgot Ja Rule was in the movie. "100%, 100%. But, Rob, I'm thankful for Rob. Rob's a great guy, a good friend and I was really happy that Rob got the opportunity to star in his own movie and do a few more films. I forgot Ja Rule was in it. I was in the mood with Ja Rule. It's so funny. You forget all the people that you work with and all the things you've done and just odd stuff, right? So that's what I'm thankful for about film, is I got to transfer a lot of wrestling guys over into film and give those guys opportunities and take them to walk the red carpets and stuff and that's been so cool." Elsewhere in the interview, Hawx talked about a potential third season for 'Heels'. Check out his full comments on the show by clicking here. Gene Snitsky talks about his legacy of baby kicking. Gene Snitsky certainly has had an interesting pro wrestling career. During his time in WWE, his character was known for being somewhat of a strange individual, including having a foot fetish shown off at a WrestleMania. However, his most notable moment came on a 2004 episode of WWE Monday Night RAW, where he would punt Lita's "baby" deep into the crowd. While speaking to Chris Van Vliet on Insight, Gene was asked about his legacy being related to kicking babies, with the former WWE superstar being unsure how to respond to the idea. "I don't really know how to respond to that. When I got into wrestling, I never in a million years would have thought that whole storyline, just being thrown into it, because I had never done a dark match. Nobody knew I was. I was just there, and then all of a sudden I'm the biggest heel on the show. It's crazy, literally that quick." Since 2004, Snitsky has punted several babies on indepdendent wrestling shows.
