Karrion Kross hopes to one day see Jon Moxley back in WWE. In July of 2019, Karrion Kross, then known as Killer Kross, would call Jon Moxley out for a bout, leading to one at FSW Natural Born Killers. The match would end in a no contest, but the two men have remainded friends. While speaking on the latest episode of the Battleground podcast, Kross was asked about Moxley, recalling how he wrestled the AEW World Champion and his hopes for Mox to one day return to WWE. "Jon's a former WWE champion. He's competed and performed with some of the best people in the world. Seth Rollins, Roman Reigns, The Shield. I didn't know him. I put out a promo attempting to pique intrigue to see if that's a match people wanted. They wanted it. He didn't know me. I didn't know him. I really wanted to work with him as soon as I found out that he wasn't signed, and he showed up. We didn't know each other. We worked, and then as soon as we got backstage, it feels weird talking about somebody else giving you compliments about your work. It is. But he was very complimentary, and that's where that conversation began and not to stir the pot, but I just, I want Jon to be happy wherever he is. I do hope one day. I do hope one day that he does come back to WWE because I think it would be insane. I think it would be insane, and I would love to compete with him here. I would love to compete with him here so we can finish what we started. That's what I will say." Kross previously noted that Jon put him in contact with Triple H. You can read more about that here. The Alchemist makes his intentions felt. CMLL hosted a new edition of their weekly show "Viernes Espectacular" from Arena Mexico on June 10, 2025. The event featured Hechicero making a big announcement. Hechicero revealed that he had grown frustrated with how Último Guerrero & Averno disregarded him in preparing for their match against Kyle Fletcher, Konosuke Takeshita & Rocky Romero of The Don Callis Family before announcing he was officially part of the family, abandoning his team with Guerrero & Averno. He said the following: "Último Guerrero, Averno. The man of another level, the Master & Ruler... of what? of who? You two have a great problem: you are too used to manipulating, dominating, controlling, and ruling over, but you are not dealing with a rookie. You are dealing with Hechicero, the best exponent currently in Mexican Wrestling. You all have made alliances, have spoken, have even hung out, but I have not been ahead of our international big match-up on June 17. I could have been your best ally and made a Dream Team of Mexican Rudos, but you never counted on me. I am not that rookie who lets himself get manipulated. I am who leads the way, I am the one with the magic in the ring, it's my moment. If I have anything is that I am direct, I am loyal, and I am thankful. You two were not counting me in then, now you don't at all. That day, I will not be in your corner because I now have a new home, a new family, a real dream team with the best wrestlers in the world: The Don Callis Family. They are my new family, not by blood, but by ideology, by respect, by tradition, by hierarchy, by world-class potential as rudos. Now I am part of the family with the best wrestlers in the world. So, for the 17th, find new allies because you all do not count on Hechicero anymore." Hechicero first allied with The Family after teaming with Fletcher & Takeshita against Bandido & Los Outrunners (Turbo Floyd & Truth Magnum) on AEW Fyter Fest, where they walked out victorious in their first outing as a unit. What seemed like a one-night stand is now officially a full-on entry into the faction belonging to Cyrus the Virus. Último Guerrero responded to Hechicero, saying he knew Hechicero was not wearing the jersey of CMLL, but he did not care about that and vowed to make Hechicero respect CMLL. Here is the updated line-up as we know. CMLL vs. AEW/ROH (6/17/2025). Persephone vs. Red Velvet. CMLL World Tag Team Championship Match: Hermanos Chavez (Ángel de Oro & Niebla Roja) (c) vs. CRU (Action Andretti & Lio Rush). Neón vs. Hologram. Atlantis Jr. vs. Josh Alexander. Último Guerrero, Averno & TBA vs. The Don Callis Family (Konosuke Takeshita, Kyle Fletcher & Rocky Romero). Máscara Dorada vs. Bandido. Rhea Ripley believes Dominik Mysterio would be the first WWE superstar to die in a horror movie. Ripley and Dominik's on screen history is one fans will be very aware of, as it began at WWE Clash At The Castle 2022, with Mysterio turning on Ripley at SummerSlam 2024 in favor of Liv Morgan. While speaking to Complex Sports, Ripley was asked which WWE superstar would die first in a horror movie, with Rhea believing Dominik's chicken tender obsession would lead to his death. "Probably Dominik Mysterio. (Why?) Because they'd just set a trap where it's like chicken tenders on a plate, and him being the little chicken tender slut he is, he'd crawl out of whatever hidey hole he's in and try to eat them and just get his head chopped off. He's a child." View this post on Instagram A post shared by Complex Sports (@complexsports) Elsewhere in the same video, Alexa Bliss chose herself because she looks smart, and Naomi chose Jade Cargill. Speedball Mike Bailey talks AEW dream matches. Since arriving in AEW earlier this year, Speedball Mike Bailey has gone up against several top names in All Elite Wrestling, including a Continental title match with Kazuchika Okada at AEW Double Or Nothing. On the June 11th edition of AEW Dynamite While speaking to Denise Salcedo in a new interview, Speedball was asked about his AEW dream matches, with Bailey mentioning names such as Hangman Page, MJF and more. “There's too many to name, but right now on the top of my list is that I've never wrestled before, Hangman Page is a big one. I think he is absolutely one of the best, and I'm super pumped to see him wrestle Jon Moxley. I think Brodie King is absolutely fantastic. Whenever Darby Allin comes back from climbing Mount Everest, I hope he and I get to spend some time in the ring together. But one of the people with whom I have been looking forward to be in the ring with is MJF, and it's finally happening tomorrow when me, Kevin Knight, and Komander take on the Hurt Syndicate, of which he is now a part of. I had singles matches with Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin in the past. But now that you throw MJF into the mix, it becomes a whole other thing. But yeah, I think MJF really- there is no one in the world who does MJF quite like MJF, if that makes sense, and I think there's a lot I could get out of working with him. So I really hope- I'm excited for Wednesday, that's going to be an amazing match and I hope we get to do a lot more together in the future after that.” As mentioned, Speedball is currently scheduled to team with Komander and Kevin Knight to take on MJF, Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin in trios action. Elsewhere in the same interview, Speedball looked back on his bout with Okada at AEW Double Or Nothing. You can read more about that here. Blackheart is in the process of trying to get her signature tank back from WWE. There's an extensive interview with Shotzi Blackheart that was conducted by Ariel Helwani. There came a point in the chat when Blackheart's on-screen presentation was praised. The tank she drove to the ring was specifically mentioned and Blackheart said former WWE Chairman Vince McMahon was not a fan of it. He relayed to Shotzi that she has 'a lot going on.' McMahon told her that she has a cool look, but muddies it up with her tank, helmet and howling. Speaking of the tank, Blackheart said she's in the process of trying to get it back from WWE. She said it technically belongs to them both. She would pay to get it back if that's what WWE requested. “I mean, I don’t know (why my tank was removed from my presentation for a portion of my main roster run). Hunter loved it. When I went to NXT, he was all for it. I showed him a video of my little tiny tank that I got at Walmart… No (I did not get the one from WWE TV at Walmart). That’s the upgrade. That’s the Hunter version. He hooked it up. But, I started with a tiny tank that I got at Walmart. It’s for children. It was a little two-seater for children and I showed him a video and he’s like, ‘Can you get it to TV this week?’ And I ordered an Uber XL, got that little tank in there and brought it to Full Sail and yeah, he was just so into it, and then when I got to the main roster, Vince (McMahon) was not on the same page. No, he didn’t like it. But you know what? I was ready for the change and I totally understood where he was coming from. He was just like, ‘Look, you got so much going on. You got the green hair and all the tattoos. You’re really, really cool-looking and then you muddy it up with the helmet, the tank and the howl. I just wanna know who Shotzi is.’ He wanted me to be more real. I agree, I agree (the tank was great). But I was ready for the challenge. I’m a company woman. If there needs to be changes, I can do it. So I was fully game. I was a little sad to see it all go because I worked so hard to create this cool character and I was very happy with it. But I’m always down for a challenge. I would love to (show up to an independent show with the tank). I’m still in the process of trying to get my tank back… The souped-up tank. I’m trying to get that back. Technically, it’s half mine, half WWE’s, because when they made that tank, they cut my tank in half and put it on top of a… They built it around an eclectic wheelchair. So, I would love, if possible, to have it back. I did (ask). They were like, ‘Oh, we’ll find out for you.’ But, I was like, ‘I will drive to Connecticut right now and get it…' Yes (I’ll buy it from them if that’s what I have to do to get it back). In. Immediately. Yes, I love that thing so much. I would want it just to even just have it to keep in my garage or whatever. It means a lot to me.” In the same interview, Blackheart opened up about WWE not renewing her contract and her interest in All Elite Wrestling. To read the quotes, click here.
