On Wednesday, June 11, 2025, All Elite Wrestling hosted a 4-Hour AEW Summer Blockbuster special. In the United States, it's streamed on Max and broadcast on TBS. Internationally, the event is presented without ads on AEW Plus (via Triller). Stateside watchers can connect to AEW Plus using NordVPN.com/Fightful Refresh the site for the latest updates as the show happens. Check out the fully announced portion of the card below: AEW Summer Blockbuster 2025 Swerve Strickland vs. Will Ospreay "Speedball" Mike Bailey, Kevin Knight, & Komander vs. Hurt Syndicate (Bobby Lashley, Shelton Benjamin, & MJF) Mistico in action Anthony Bowens vs. Kyle Fletcher "Timeless" Toni Storm vs. Julia Hart (Mercedes Mone on commentary) Thekla vs. Queen Aminata Kenny Omega and Kazuchika Okada contract signing Megan Bayne & Penelope Ford vs. TayJay (Anna Jay & Tay Melo) Live Coverage - The show opened with shots of individuals entering the arena. Hangman Page is seen talking to Christopher Daniels, who is attempting to convince him of the advantages of collaborating with others in the locker room, even those he may not prefer to assist. Jon Moxley is spotted walking behind Hangman, sending the rest of his Death Riders after his next challenger. * Swerve Strickland vs. Will Ospreay ends in a time limit draw (30:00) - Swerve Strickland demanded sudden death overtime. Suddenly, the Death Riders (Wheeler Yuta, Claudio Castagnoli, Marina Shafir, and Claudio Castagnoli) swarmed the ringside area. Strickland was focused on them when Matthew Jackson and Nicholas Jackson blindsided him from behind. The Young Bucks handcuffed Strickland to the middle rope. Wheeler then tossed them a bag containing custom Swerve sneakers with thumbtacks on the bottom. They went for a Double Superkick, but Will Ospreay dove in at the last second to take the hit for his rival. Earlier in the day, The Hurt Syndicate brutally attacked Komander backstage, during which MJF was seen holding his mask. The commentary noted that Mascara Dorada would take Komander's place in the six-man tag later tonight. * Mistico def. Blake Christian - After the match, MVP presented MJF to confront Mistico, calling him the industry's most well-rounded wrestler and vowing to rip off his “dime store mask” at Grand Slam. MJF is also bringing back his super Americana persona from last year. Mistico interrupted, challenging MJF to face him next week at Arena Mexico, and knocked him down with a punch. This led The Hurt Syndicate's Bobby Lashley and Shelton Benjamin to hit the ring. Just as MJF focused on taking Mistico’s mask, Speedball Mike Bailey, Kevin Knight, and Mascara Dorada ran in for the save from behind. * Hurt Syndicate (Bobby Lashley, Shelton Benjamin, & MJF) def. Mike Bailey, Kevin Knight, & Komander - After the match, Lashley and Benjamin attacked Knight and Bailey, leaving MJF to remove Dorada's mask alone. As he paraded around the ring with it like a trophy, Mistico charged the ring and locked him in an armbar, forcing MJF to tap. The Hurt Syndicate rushed to MJF’s aid as Mistico exited, glaring at his opponent. - As Hangman Page's music hit, Claudio Castagnoli and Wheeler Yuta dragged him, bound and beaten, to the ring, where Moxley and Marina Shafir waited. Moxley warned Page to focus on their AEW Title clash, stating that he has four weeks to step up or be eliminated. Page retaliated with a headbutt and narrowly dodged a chair attack before Samoa Joe, Shibata, and Hobbs drove off the Death Riders. Page vowed to hunt them down and fight for the title at any cost, even riding through death itself. * Megan Bayne & Penelope Ford vs. TayJay (Anna Jay & Tay Melo) Be sure to check out our review podcast, embedded in the video at the top of this page, which features a breakdown of all the action from this week's AEW action. Mr. Iguana is marked for success in WWE. Mr. Iguana had a standout performance at WWE x AAA Worlds Collide to the point that WWE aired a video package hyping him and La Yesca on WWE Raw. He was also in attendance for WWE NXT. Speaking to Línea Directa TV, Mr. Iguana was asked what it would take to be in the same league as John Cena. "I’m there effectively. Like literally I was in the Performance Center yesterday and they told me, you’re not going through NXT — you’re heading straight to the main roster. I was literally taking pictures with Shawn Michaels and they told me they need you here because your shirt is the top seller in WWE, and you’re also the fastest-rising star when it comes to action figures and trading cards. Being in WWE is the dream of every child and I will have all the time in the world for my city because thanks to them and thanks to being culichi, I would not be where I am today," he said. It is unknown when Mr. Iguana will make his WWE main roster debut. Fans can find Fightful's coverage of WWE x AAA Worlds Collide by clicking here. The latest on the legal dispute between the two sides. There's a story from Brandon Thurston on the POST Wrestling site that a federal judge ordered Kevin Kelly, Brandon Tate, and Brent Tate to resolve their claims against All Elite Wrestling through arbitration. The dispute will be handled privately, away from public court. The decision made by Judge Harvey E. Schlesinger will uphold arbitration clauses that were in Kelly and the Tate Twins' talent contracts. Brandon and Brent are former AEW talents and Kelly was a commentator there. The order was issued Wednesday in the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. The court did deny AEW's motion to dismiss the lawsuit. Judge Schlesinger ordered that the suit be "administratively closed," which means the case is put on hold but not permanently dismissed. Kelly, Brandon, and Brent will be required to update the court on the status of arbitration every 90 days. Stephen P. New, attorney for Kelly and the Tate Twins was contacted for a comment and sent Thurston the following: We look forward to pursuing the plaintiffs’ claims in arbitration. AEW was contacted for a comment but one was not immediately returned. The Tate Twins and Kevin Kelly sued AEW, Tony Khan, and commentator Ian Riccaboni in August 2024. They alleged breach of contract, defamation, and additional claims after departing AEW. The Tates expressed that comments Khan made about them during a press conference harmed their reputation. Kelly alleged that Riccaboni framed him as a member of the far-right, conspiracy theory movement QAnon after Kelly showed public support for a movie titled 'Sound of Freedom.' According to NPR, the movie gained massive online backing from QAnon supporters. There's also a suit that AEW is involved in with current TNA wrestler Ryan Nemeth that was moved to private arbitration. Judge Schlesinger noted that the arbitration language in AEW talent contracts gives the arbitrator, not the judge, the authority to decide key preliminary questions such as whether the claims in the lawsuit are even eligible for arbitration. As more on this suit becomes available, we'll update you here on Fightful.

Green speaks about reality television and enjoying being part of it. In the summer of 2025, WWE is going to roll out a new docuseries on Netflix titled 'WWE: Unreal.' It'll provide an insight into how the company puts together shows and viewers will be taken inside the writers' room. One of the talents who filmed for the series is Chelsea Green. She spoke about it while on the Lightweights Podcast with Joe Vulpis. Green shared that she was told by Netflix, ESPN, and Omaha Productions that she's a talker and had to be edited down for the show. “Well, you’re already gonna see the chaos I cause, possibly, on this new Netflix show. (Green was asked if she could speak more on that) I don’t think so… I really don’t know. I really be dropping hints about this Netflix show all the time and I’m like, I have no idea what we’re allowed to speak on and what we’re not allowed to speak on. But what I do know is I don’t have a filter. They announced it. It’s called ‘Unreal.’ I only know what I filmed. I don’t know who else has filmed. Everyone at WWE is so tight-lipped and I’m not. So I’m out there being like, ‘Woooo! Netflix, what’s up!?’ And everyone at work isn’t telling me that they’re also filming it so honestly, could be all about me, could be about 100 different superstars and I’m in five minutes of it. I have no clue but one thing that I do know that Netflix and ESPN and Ohama (Productions) has told me is that I definitely do blab a lot. So they have to edit me down. I think that’s good." Staying on the topic of reality series' and television, she said she's heard from people in WWE, and outside of WWE that there's been a push to bring back Total Divas. “Every day. Every minute of every hour of every day I think about Total Divas. The demand is there and I get told that all the time. I’ve also been told by numerous different people in WWE and outside of WWE in like, Hollywood, that they’ve been pushing for it for years." Green was part of season six of WWE Tough Enough in 2015. She made it through seven out of 10 episodes before being cut. Bullet Club was founded in 2013 when Finn Balor (Prince Devitt in NJPW) aligned with Tama Tonga, Bad Luck Fale, and Karl Anderson in NJPW. Over the years, the group has seen many different leaders with the Balor era paving way to the AJ Styles era and then Kenny Omega. Cody Rhodes may or may not have been considered a Bullet Club leader during Omega's time as the ace of the Club. "You know what I've come to realize about the Bullet Club? I talk with AJ and Finn about this all the time. Bullet Club was so cool when Finn Balor was doing it. So cool when AJ Styles was doing it, but they weren't like printing money. It wasn't the money making enterprise. I joined and it did start making money. However, it was the least cool thing ever. I realized I was the commercial Bullet Club. That's why I leaned into it a little at the end. When I look at the leaders of the Bullet Club, I don't mind when people get into these heated arguments over how awful I was for it because we were doing well," Cody stated on his What Do You Want To Talk About? podcast. Cody was part of Bullet Club alongside Omega and the Young Bucks (Matthew Jackson & Nicholas Jackson), who were well established in NJPW. Elsewhere during the podcast, Cody discussed producing a WWE event. You can find his comments here. Green delves into scrapped plans for the Secret Hervice. Chelsea Green and Piper Niven were a duo and when Green became the first-ever WWE Women's United States Champion, both she and Piper took on a Presidential persona. Later joining them would be Alba Fyre and collectively, they are known as 'Secret Hervice.' Green delved into the group while sitting down with Joe Vulpis for a recording of the Lightweights Podcast. Green confirmed a Fightful Select report that Bea Priestley f.k.a. Blair Davenport was going to be the third member of Secret Hervice. When Priestley was released from WWE, the idea to get Alba in the mix was suggested. “When we were talking about a third (member of Secret Hervice), at first it was going to be Blair Davenport, and when Blair was released, it was obviously a really -- kind of like a bummer moment, like man, maybe we’re not gonna grow, maybe we’re not gonna be a faction. We’re just gonna be a tag team and then we both kind of had the idea, ‘What if we can convince them to get Kay Lee? Alba.’ Because Kay Lee is Piper’s best friend from Scotland, from years of working together and she also lived with us in Japan. The three of us worked for STARDOM together so it’s perfect. We have history, we have a relationship, we have a friendship, we mesh already, we know each other’s quirks and downfalls too so we can work around those and it’s just been really fun. I mean, it’s a challenge always to be in a group. You’re always gonna try to figure out week to week how you continue this. It’s not just about you. You can’t always be the center of attention. We have to figure out how to shift constantly and work around WWE’s creative that week." Green was asked if she could see the Secret Hervice expanding and said yes. She mentioned that she wanted Zoey Stark in the faction before her knee injury. Green had the idea in mind for Stark to wear a sleeveless suit to highlight her arm muscles. Green added that NXT's Arianna Grace would also be a shoo-in for the group. “Yes, definitely, and we do have ideas for it (Secret Hervice) to get bigger. Now, again, so much has changed since I lost the title. I think fans would be shocked at the way it’s kind of gone (here & there). It was supposed to go from here to here to here. So much has happened from here to here, that like, who knows? Zoey (Stark is who I considered for the faction). But Zoey blew her knee out. I would have really loved Zoey to be in the faction. I would have really loved her to be in the group, to be a Secret Hervice member and to have a sleeveless suit, to show her guns. That was always my vision. So I’m really sad about that. There’s so many people. I have all these funny names in my head. ‘The Direct-HER, The Secretary of Slay, The Glamander in Chief.’ There’s so many people I could put in there. I’ve always wanted to be a member of Pretty Deadly. Maybe Pretty Deadly could be a member of the Secret Hervice. Who knows? And there’s so many girls in NXT. I mean, Arianna Grace is a shoo-in for my Secretary of Slay. You know, makeup artist, my stylist, my cousin, my -- who knows?" The Secret Hervice was featured on the 6/6 Friday Night SmackDown. Green and Fyre were ringside to watch Piper Niven take on Women's United States Champion Zelina Vega in a Bakersfield Brawl. If the quotes in this article are used, please credit the Lightweights Podcast with Joe Vulpis with a H/T to Fightful for the transcriptions.
